More Easter Fun

I have been so busy getting ready for our move, that blogging has taken a back seat. Since this is also our family scrapbook and journal, I am going to try to play catch-up over the next couple of days.
We had a lovely Easter Day. The kiddos were little angels at church, and afterwards, our good friends the Palmer had us over for dinner. Patrick is a fabulous cook and we jump at the chance every time an invitation is extended. We had a delicious ham dinner and Creme Brulee for dessert...sinfully divine.....

The master and his canvass.

The kids enjoyed an indoor scavenger hunt while we waited for dinner.

After filling our bellies, we headed outside for another egg hunt. Each child had specific eggs that they were looking for so it was a fun twist on the traditional game.

Ava really got into it as well.

It was a beautiful Easter Day filled with family and friends. How grateful I am for our Savior Jesus Christ and his Resurrection. I loved that Kaden and Lauren were old enough this year to understand the real reason why Easter is celebrated.

How fun! The angle on the picture of Patrick is great and those desserts look so yummy :)
