Problem #1 Opps, we're out of chocolate chips.
Solution: No big deal, we'll just make another type of cookie. Snickerdoodles will hit the spot!
Problem # 2 Oh no, looks like we're out of eggs too.
Solution: Thank goodness for neighbors.
Problem #3 Our cookie dough was WAY too gooey to form into balls and roll into our cinnamon and sugar mixture (even after chilling for 2 hours)
Solution: Cookie dough for everyone to eat!

Woops...I will start again. We too have had cookie making sessions like yours. In San Antonio we referred to our neighbor's house, the Moaks, as Moak-Mart. We were always borrowing things from her fully stocked shelves.
oh my gosh...love love love snickerdoodles. now i wanna make some. i better wait until we eat all this junk that austin bought.
I love the easy going nature of mommy and the go with the flow of the kids. Way to make it all work for you, regardless of how it turns out.
I love it... cookie dough is better than the cooked version anyway. :)
I love baking with my kids. We have to rotate who gets to help with dinner because sometimes six hands helping are four too many. :)
That looks fun! I'm sure the kids don't mind one bit getting to have cookie dough instead of actual cookies! The fun of putting it all together and helping Mommy is probably just as fun as eating it. :)
I have to ask you - in an earlier post you mentioned that you do somethign called P90X home workout routine... Well, I've been searching for a good home workout video routine to do. What's this P90x all about?
And one more question - where did you get that "I Belong" picturelink/widget? How did you set that up?
You all look fabulous in your aprons, it looks like fun was had by all!
