Several of you have asked about our blog's new title. There is actually a very cute story behind it. Kevin took all THREE kids biking a few months ago on some trails by our home. The trail started off kind of rough and at one point completely disappeared. Kevin was debating out loud whether or not to continue.
This is when Kaden piped up with, "Dad, don't you know when the road ends the adventure begins?" Nothing could be a more perfect mantra for our family. This has been Kevin's life long theme and one that I adopted (not so willingly at first, but have grown to embrace). Life is an adventure and how could it be any more delicious than having the ones you love along for the ride.
So back to the story...did they continue without a trail? Of course they did; and we continue to blaze trails together as a family.

That is an adorable story! Leave it to Kaders... he is seriously one smart/cute little boy! Especially as a grandpa teddy bear! Seriously cute! I love the ornaments too! What an amazingly fun mom you are!

Funny, before we ever heard the story we thought your quote was PERFECT for your family. The first time John even looked at the blog, he read it and said, "That's Kevin to a 't'." We love it!
I loved all the pics you've uploaded. Wish we could have joined in for the chocolate dipped pretzels. Those are so yummy.
