Since moving to Dallas almost two years ago, we have been wanting to bike around White Rock Lake. It is a 9.33-mile loop and we had a beautiful day for a bike ride.

Biking White Rock Lake
One of the best things about still being a student is two weeks off for Christmas Break. Kevin didn't have class last year during the break, but was on-call last Christmas and New Year's with the hospital. It was amazing to him to ourselves this year.
Kade and Ava chilling in the Chariot. Kaden is doing really well on his two-wheeler, but nine miles is a long way to go. We are considering a tandem attachment that would hook onto Kevin's bike.

That looks like too much fun!! I can't believe you're in a t-shirt! I'm freezing here! It's the end of January! Maybe I should come visit you! I loved your Sunday pictures too... very professional-looking! You're amazing at anything you try Marn!
That looks so fun! Ava looks too cute in her little helmet :)
That looks like so much fun!! You guys are always coming up with fun outings for your family! I am way jelous of your weather too! My feet are freezing off right now!
All I can say is two things. One, I could never ride a bike for nine miles. Two, I see nothing wrong with the bananna splits, in fact that is how mine normally look.
Your new blog design looks terrific. I love that you bike like that. We are going to use yall as inspiration and become more active. Love yall.
uhmm...ur amazing. and those banana splits look divine...i think i'll make myself one.
ps...the letters in your name spell marine. jake just pointed that out to me! ooh rah!
Wow--that looks so fun! I miss the nice weather!! Thank you for your sweet comment on my blog! I feel the same way about you! I love the molten lead traditon. My boys would LOVE that!! Since we are of German descent--maybe I will have to do that with them. Sure do love you Marnie!!
What an awesome family! I just love all your adventures!! And I am REALLY in love with your weather...sigh....someday. :)
HOW FUN!! I am impressed that you guys can do such a long bike ride with children to pull...wow! I don't know if I could do it myself alone! The kids look so adorable...I can't believe how old Kade and Lauren are looking and Ava is so dang sweet! I really want to meet her.... :)
That looks so fun! I love how adventurous you guys are. What is it with boys and jumping off rocks?! It's universal, I think. Same with throwing pebbles in water. :)
By the way, I just LOVE the bows you sent me for Eliza when she was born. I've been trying to learn how to make them (yes, you're my inspiration), but the three that I've made aren't as cute, of course. It's fun, but also time consuming! You sent me so many and I just LOVE every one of them and I'm really appreciating even more what a kind and thoughtful gift that was. Thanks you! By the way, do you have a website that you use to sell them?
